If you want to try Crossfit and know more about the form of training and the basic idea behind it, you are always welcome to our free introhold. There is no sign up, you just meet up. Free intro training takes place every Thursday at. 18.00-19.00.

Paying for your membership
You can pay for your membership in cash, MobilePay (25259000) or paying online using DanKort. VISA or Mastercard would not work in this situation.
No CPR Number, No Problem
For international members without a Danish CPR number, simply send an email to email@example.com
and we will find a solution.
Cancelling a membership
You can cancel your CrossFit Aalborg membership by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that all memberships have a minimum of one month's notice of termination.
Of course, you’re welcome to participate on WODs during the notice period. If a membership is put on hold the membership will become active during the final month of the notice period. You will receive a confirmation of your resignation, which we recommend that you keep in case of any issues.
Members have to attend by entering your CPR number at the computer. ”. This must be done no later than 5 minutes before the beginning of the scheduled workout.
If members forget to ‘punch in’ or fail to attend a scheduled workout they will be charged fee of DKK 45,-. You also have to ‘punch in’ for Open Gym.
Please note that if you forget to ‘punch in’ you will lose your spot on the workout to another member who is on the waiting list. If there is no one on the waiting list you can still attend the workout, but the computer will record you as ‘not having attended’ and you will be charged DKK 25,-. We do not give refunds regarding being late for a workout or missing a scheduled workout.
All our members can book up to 4 WODs at a time, but the system is updated continuously so you can book a new WOD after having finished one. The login information required to book a workout is your e-mail+ password (the password you have created). Booking is available in our website. You can cancel a booking no later than 2 hours before the beginning of the scheduled workout.
It is possible to be on the waiting list for a fully booked team. If you are on a waiting list of two hours or less for team start, you will not be able to receive a fine for failure if another member does not meet and that would otherwise entitle you to a seat.
If you are on the waiting list, you will be awarded a seat on the team if those in the front of the queue have not met up to five minutes before team start or notice.
Open gym is an opportunity to train by yourself in the gym. You must always sign in at the computer to train Open Gym, although no booking is required. The attendance is registered on the computer by entering your cpr number. The times for Open Gym can be found in the booking system by selecting the "show open gym" feature (on the top right corner of the booking site).
Membership on hold
You can put your membership on hold over a period of minimum 4 weeks to maximum 6 months. A fee of DKK 99.- will be charged when putting a membership on hold. If a membership is cancelled when it is put on hold the membership will become active during the final month of the notice period. CrossFit Aalborg offers student membership by displaying a valid student card. The study membership costs 349 kr per month. There is also a yearly membership for the study prize, where you get 12 months for the price of 10 months. Or half-yearly memberships are six months for five months.
If you are only visiting for a limited period, and do not wish to buy a monthly membership it is possible to buy drop in for 65kr or at 10 times for 499kr
